PICK UP STATION
Delivery time begins the day you place your order and ends when it arrives at your chosen pickup station.
Once your order is ready for collection, you’ll receive a notification via SMS, Whatsapp or email.
Please pick up your package within 5 days of arrival.
Orders not collected within this period will be automatically cancelled and returned to our warehouse.
Door Delivery
Delivery time begins the day you place your order and ends when one of our delivery associates makes the first attempt to reach you.
We’ll make up to two delivery attempts within 5 days (between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.).
If you’re unreachable or unable to receive your order after these attempts, the item will be automatically cancelled and returned to our warehouse.
